Leicester City Council's Local Offer

Parents and carers can access information and guidance for families with children and young people aged 0-25 who have SEND. This is known as the 'local offer' and can be accessed here.

​Family Hubs

Family Hubs provide help and support to families with children and young people, bringing together a variety of services in one place and making it easier to access the care and guidance you need. 

Family Hubs are available to all families with children and young people aged 0-19, and up to 25 for those with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND). Family hubs are based in a number of localities across the city.

Parent Carer Forum

The Parent Carer Forum supports families of children with SEND. Click here to find out more.

SENDIASS

SENDIASS is a service that supports families with SEND children.  They can offer advice and information on key issues like Special Educational Needs and provision. They can also offer support on Education, Health and Care Needs Assessments and Plans and matters relating to social care and health. You can find out more here.
